This was the very first Antmanmusic track that was created using live controls, rather than having been programmed in advance or created using cut and paste techniques, (though there was some pre-programming involved).
The title can be interpreted any way you like, but it refers to several different things that were going on politically, personally, and professionally at the time of its creation.
I encourage you to make a new meaning for it and claim it was made just for you. That would be super-funny… to me, at least… if I knew about it…
